Through discovery flights, hands-on STEM education, mentorship, career exploration, and real-world aviation experiences, the Rocky Mountain Aviation & Aerospace Foundation is working to inspire the next generation of pilots, engineers, technicians, airport professionals, and aerospace leaders.

The Rocky Mountain Aviation & Aerospace Club primarily serves middle school and high school students, generally ages 11–18, who are interested in aviation, aerospace, and STEM careers. Some introductory activities and community events may also be open to younger students to spark early curiosity about aviation.

Students participate through school partnerships, community outreach, and program enrollment. For special opportunities such as discovery flights or scholarships, students may be selected based on interest in aviation, participation in program activities, and availability of sponsored flight experiences.
