ROCKY MOUNTAIN AERO GROUP
BUILDING PATHWAYS INTO AVIATION & AEROSPACE
Rocky Mountain Aero Group connects youth across Western Colorado with hands-on aviation experiences, mentorship, STEM education, career exploration, and opportunities to take their next step in aviation and aerospace.
WHO WE ARE
CONNECTING YOUTH WITH AVIATION
Rocky Mountain Aero Group (RMAG) is a Western Colorado aviation and aerospace organization focused on creating a regional pathway from first exposure to continued involvement, education, training, and careers.
We bring together airports, schools, aviation organizations, industry professionals, businesses, nonprofits, and volunteers to create opportunities for youth to experience aviation firsthand and discover where they fit within the industry.
Exposure leads to opportunities.
OUR MISSION
To expand access to aviation and aerospace by connecting youth with hands-on experiences, mentorship, education, and pathways into the industry.
OUR VISION
A Western Colorado where youth can discover aviation, remain engaged, and access clear pathways from initial exposure to education, training, and careers.
WHY RMAG EXISTS
RMAG was created to help close that gap by connecting youth with aircraft, airports, aviation professionals, mentors, education, and real-world experiences within their own communities.
Our goal isn't simply to introduce youth to aviation. It's to create a place for that initial spark to GROW.
