MINOR AND PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN CONSENT TO USE LIKENESS, PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AND IMAGES

At Rocky Mountain Aero Group (RMAG), we may photograph, film, or record youth participants and their parents/legal guardians during our aviation programs, events, workshops, rallies, outreach activities, and related experiences, including those conducted in coordination with EAA, Aspen Flight Academy, Scouting America, schools, and other community partners.

By registering a minor participant for an RMAG youth program or event, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Consent to Use Likeness

The parent/legal guardian grants Rocky Mountain Aero Group (RMAG), its program partners, and affiliated organizations involved in supporting the events, the permission to capture and use the minor participant’s and parent/legal guardian’s:

  • Name

  • Photograph

  • Video image

  • Recorded voice

  • Likeness

  • Statements made in connection with the event

These materials may be used for educational, promotional, outreach, fundraising, storytelling, website, social media, print, digital, and public awareness purposes.

How Images and Media May Be Used

Photos, videos, and other recordings may be used by RMAG and its authorized partners, in whole or in part, edited or unedited, in any format or media now known or later developed, including:

  • RMAG website pages

  • Event registration and recap pages

  • Social media posts

  • Flyers and posters

  • Newsletters and email communications

  • Donor and sponsor materials

  • Program presentations

  • Partner promotions connected to the event or program

RMAG and its authorized partners may use these materials without further notice, inspection, or approval.

Ownership

Any photos, videos, audio recordings, or related media captured in connection with RMAG youth programs and events shall remain the property of RMAG or the authorized organization capturing or producing the content for program-related use.

No Compensation

By participating, the parent/legal guardian and minor participant understand and agree that no payment, royalty, or other compensation will be provided for the use of any photos, videos, recordings, or likeness.

Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the parent/legal guardian releases and holds harmless RMAG, its officers, directors, volunteers, partners, sponsors, affiliates, and participating organizations from any claims arising out of or related to the capture, use, publication, reproduction, editing, or distribution of such images or recordings, including claims relating to privacy, publicity, or defamation.

Parent/Guardian Representation

By registering a minor participant, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they are authorized to provide this consent on behalf of the child and that they understand and accept the terms above.
