The Rocky Mountain Aviation & Aerospace Club is building a valley-wide aviation pathway for youth, connecting students from middle school through high school with real aviation experiences, mentorship, and career exploration.
Through our partnerships and programs, students can discover aviation, develop skills, and connect with professionals across the industry.

FOR STUDENTS
MIDDLE SCHOOLERS
YOUNG EAGLES
Designed for younger students curious about aviation, the EAA Young Eagles Club introduces middle school students to the world of flight through hands-on activities, aviation events, and introductory flight experiences.
Students will:
• Learn how airplanes fly
• Meet pilots and aviation professionals
• Participate in aviation STEM activities
• Attend airport tours and aviation events
• Experience their first introduction to flight - FOR FREE

HIGH SCHOOLERS
EXPLORER POST 777
High school students can dive deeper into aviation through Aviation Explorer Post 777, offered in partnership with Scouting America’s Aviation Exploring program.
This program focuses on aviation career exploration and real-world industry exposure. Students will explore careers in:
• Piloting
• Airport operations
• Aviation maintenance
• Aerospace engineering
• Aviation security
• Aviation technology
Members participate in mentorship, airport experiences, workshops, and career exploration activities designed to turn curiosity into direction.

ADULTS & COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENTS
Mentor a Student
Aviation professionals, educators, engineers, pilots, and industry leaders are invited to share their experience and guidance. Mentors play a vital role in helping students build confidence, explore career paths, and understand what’s possible in aviation and aerospace.
Community Involvement & Partnerships
We welcome partnerships with airports, FBOs, businesses, schools, and community organizations. From hosting events and tours to providing resources and expertise, community involvement strengthens local aviation pathways and youth opportunities.
